Who this is for

This page is for founders and organizations building a community: member networks, crowdfunding and campaign sites, and niche social apps. The hard parts are rarely the feed. They are sign-up that people finish, content that stays safe, and a platform that does not slow down when a campaign takes off.

We build the product, the admin tools your team needs to run it, and the moderation and reporting behind it. We start small, with the one loop that has to work, and grow from there.

What we set up for social platforms teams

  • Profiles and communities

Sign-up, profiles, groups and member roles, with onboarding that gets people to their first useful action quickly.

  • Posts, comments and messaging

Content sharing, comments, reactions and direct messages, with notifications that people can control.

  • Moderation and safety

Reporting, blocking, review queues and admin tools so your team can act on problems quickly.

  • Campaigns and payments

Campaign pages, donations or rewards, and payouts through an established payment processor.

  • Community analytics

Reports on sign-ups, activity and retention, so you can see what keeps members coming back.

How a project runs, and who checks the work

  1. Fit call

A 30-minute call with a delivery lead. You explain what has to change, and we say plainly whether we are the right team for it.

  2. Scope and written plan

One to two weeks of discovery with your team. You get a written plan that names the first release, the dates, who owns each part, and how cost is structured.

  3. Build in short cycles

We build in two-week cycles and show you working software at the end of each one, so you can change priorities before money is spent on the wrong thing.

  4. Review and testing

A senior engineer reviews every change before it is merged, and our QA team tests each release before it goes live.

  5. Launch and support

Go-live, training for the people who will use it, and a handover of the documentation. After that we can stay on to support and improve the system.

A focused first release usually takes 6 to 12 weeks once the plan is agreed. Larger systems are split into phases, and each phase gets its own dates in writing.

Social Platforms software: common questions

How do you build a social media or community platform?
We start with the one action that makes the community valuable, such as posting, joining a group or backing a campaign, and build that first. Profiles, notifications, moderation and analytics come next. Launching a smaller, working version lets you learn from real members before building more.
How long does it take to build a community app?
A focused first release usually takes 6 to 12 weeks once the plan is agreed. A first version for testing with early members can be quicker. We put the dates in the written plan before build starts.
How do you handle moderation and user safety?
We build reporting, blocking and review queues into the first release, with clear admin roles. Automated filters can flag content, but people on your team make the final decision. We also help you write the rules members agree to.
Will the platform handle growth?
We design for the traffic you expect, test it before launch, and use hosting that can scale up when a campaign or post spreads. We would rather plan for growth than rebuild later.
