Education and E-Learning Solutions

Enrollment, course and feedback systems for schools and training providers, built for staff who do not have time to fight their software.

Who this is for

This page is for private and independent schools, language schools and training providers. Most already use a learning platform. What they lack is the software around it: enrollment that does not involve paper forms, a simple way to hear from parents, and reports that do not take a week to put together.

We build those systems and connect them to the tools you already run. Where an off-the-shelf learning management system fits, we will tell you to use it and focus our work on the gaps.

What we set up for education and e-learning teams

  • Enrollment and admissions

Online applications, document uploads and payment, with a clear view for staff of who is enrolled, pending or missing paperwork.

  • Course and schedule management

Courses, classes, teachers and timetables in one place, with student access to their own schedule and materials.

  • Parent and student feedback

Recurring surveys and two-way replies so schools hear from families during the year, not just once.

  • Online and hybrid lessons

Lesson pages, recorded content and live sessions linked to the video tools your teachers already use.

  • Assessments and progress

Quizzes, grades and progress reports that teachers can run without exporting to a spreadsheet.

How a project runs, and who checks the work

  1. Fit call

A 30-minute call with a delivery lead. You explain what has to change, and we say plainly whether we are the right team for it.

  2. Scope and written plan

One to two weeks of discovery with your team. You get a written plan that names the first release, the dates, who owns each part, and how cost is structured.

  3. Build in short cycles

We build in two-week cycles and show you working software at the end of each one, so you can change priorities before money is spent on the wrong thing.

  4. Review and testing

A senior engineer reviews every change before it is merged, and our QA team tests each release before it goes live.

  5. Launch and support

Go-live, training for the people who will use it, and a handover of the documentation. After that we can stay on to support and improve the system.

A focused first release usually takes 6 to 12 weeks once the plan is agreed. Larger systems are split into phases, and each phase gets its own dates in writing.

Education and E-Learning software: common questions

Should a school build or buy a learning management system?
Buy one if a standard product covers your teaching and reporting needs. Build, or extend, when your enrollment, assessment or parent communication does not fit the product and staff are working around it every week. Many schools do both: a standard platform for lessons and custom tools around it.
Can your software connect to the tools our school already uses?
Usually, yes. We check what your current systems allow during discovery, then connect them through their APIs or scheduled imports, so staff are not entering the same student twice.
How long does it take to build an e-learning platform?
A focused first release usually takes 6 to 12 weeks once the plan is agreed. If you need it before a term starts, tell us on the fit call and we will plan the first release around that date.
How do you protect student data?
Access is limited by role, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we only collect what the system needs. We follow your school's data policies and can work with your IT or privacy lead before build starts.
