Who this is for

This page is for sales teams, agencies and service businesses whose leads come from many places. The usual complaint: leads arrive by form, phone and email, get copied into a CRM by hand, and nobody can say which campaigns actually produced revenue.

We connect the pieces you already pay for, and build custom tools where they fall short: lead routing, client intake, follow-up flows and reporting. Often the work is integration, not a new system.

What we set up for sales and marketing teams

  • CRM setup and integration

Your website forms, inbox and phone system feeding one CRM, with records that do not need cleaning every week.

  • Lead routing and intake

Rules that send each lead to the right person quickly, with intake questions that qualify it before the first call.

  • Follow-up automation

Reminders and follow-up emails triggered by what the lead did, reviewed by your team before they go out.

  • Campaign and pipeline reporting

Reports that connect campaigns to leads to closed deals, built on your own CRM data.

  • Client portals for agencies

Portals where agency clients see results, reports and approvals in one place.

How a project runs, and who checks the work

  1. Fit call

A 30-minute call with a delivery lead. You explain what has to change, and we say plainly whether we are the right team for it.

  2. Scope and written plan

One to two weeks of discovery with your team. You get a written plan that names the first release, the dates, who owns each part, and how cost is structured.

  3. Build in short cycles

We build in two-week cycles and show you working software at the end of each one, so you can change priorities before money is spent on the wrong thing.

  4. Review and testing

A senior engineer reviews every change before it is merged, and our QA team tests each release before it goes live.

  5. Launch and support

Go-live, training for the people who will use it, and a handover of the documentation. After that we can stay on to support and improve the system.

A focused first release usually takes 6 to 12 weeks once the plan is agreed. Larger systems are split into phases, and each phase gets its own dates in writing.

Sales and Marketing software: common questions

Should we build a custom CRM or use HubSpot or Salesforce?
Use a standard CRM if your sales process fits it. Most do. Custom work pays off when your process, pricing or reporting needs are unusual, or when you are paying for a large CRM and using a small part of it. Often the best answer is a standard CRM with a few custom integrations.
Can you connect our website forms and email to our CRM?
Yes. This is one of the most common jobs we do. We map where each lead comes from, connect forms, inboxes and call tracking to the CRM, and test that every lead lands with the right owner.
What is marketing automation and do we need it?
Marketing automation sends the right message when a lead takes an action, such as booking a call or opening a quote. You need it when your team cannot follow up quickly by hand. Start with one or two flows that matter, not dozens.
How long does a CRM integration project take?
Connecting existing tools is often a few weeks. A custom portal or reporting system is usually 6 to 12 weeks for a focused first release. The dates go in the written plan.
