Who this is for

This page is for brokerages, agent teams and property managers. The usual problem is scattered data: listings in one place, leads in another, showings in a shared calendar, and agents keeping their own spreadsheets.

We build listing sites, agent portals and the client management behind them, and connect them to your listing feed and CRM. If a standard real estate CRM already does the job, we will tell you, and help only with the integrations it is missing.

What we set up for real estate teams

  • Listing search

Property search and listing pages fed from your listing data, with neighborhood and community information buyers actually use.

  • Agent portals

Dashboards for agents to manage their listings, leads and follow-ups in one place.

  • Showings and bookings

Online booking for showings and consultations, with reminders for both the client and the agent.

  • Client management

Lead capture, routing to the right agent, and a history of every conversation, connected to your CRM.

  • Brokerage reporting

Reports on listings, lead sources and agent activity for brokers and team leads.

How a project runs, and who checks the work

  1. Fit call

A 30-minute call with a delivery lead. You explain what has to change, and we say plainly whether we are the right team for it.

  2. Scope and written plan

One to two weeks of discovery with your team. You get a written plan that names the first release, the dates, who owns each part, and how cost is structured.

  3. Build in short cycles

We build in two-week cycles and show you working software at the end of each one, so you can change priorities before money is spent on the wrong thing.

  4. Review and testing

A senior engineer reviews every change before it is merged, and our QA team tests each release before it goes live.

  5. Launch and support

Go-live, training for the people who will use it, and a handover of the documentation. After that we can stay on to support and improve the system.

A focused first release usually takes 6 to 12 weeks once the plan is agreed. Larger systems are split into phases, and each phase gets its own dates in writing.

Real Estate software: common questions

Can you add MLS or IDX listings to our website?
Yes, once your MLS approves the data feed for your brokerage. Each MLS has its own rules for how listings are displayed and refreshed, and we build to those rules. The approval itself comes from the MLS, so we start that paperwork early.
What is the best CRM for a real estate brokerage?
The one your agents will actually use. For many teams a standard real estate CRM is enough. Custom work makes sense when you need your own lead routing, reporting across offices, or a portal that ties listings, leads and showings together.
Do you build property management software?
We build the parts property managers usually cannot get off the shelf: owner and tenant portals, maintenance request flows, and reporting across properties, connected to the accounting system you already use.
How long does a real estate website or portal take to build?
A focused first release usually takes 6 to 12 weeks once the plan is agreed. Listing feeds can add time while the MLS reviews your application, so we plan around that date.
