Softpyramid is seeking a HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for assisting the HR team in various tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions
  • Assist in the planning and execution of training and development programs for employees
  • Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support as needed
  • Conduct research on HR-related topics and present findings to the HR team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field (freshers can also apply)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
