Our biggest challenge lied in creating a highly optimized, centralized platform that enables seamless connections between agents and customers.

Technical Challenge

Our team faced significant technological challenges during the development of the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process. These challenges included dealing with unreliable data sources, managing multiple loading options for diverse data sets, handling continuous data flow, and frequent updates of data. Furthermore, data analysts had diverse demands and requirements, which further impeded the process.

Solution Delivered

Our team developed a centralized platform that connects customers with qualified agents, providing them with a trusted advisor to facilitate a seamless buying/selling experience. Our developers utilized their expertise to create ETL processes from scratch, tailored to each database and data set using generic classes and methods. Our ultimate objective was to deliver a software application that runs on AWS, gathering data from specified sources, and outputting Snowflake tables.
