   Speed vs depth vs cost — pick models and scope context on purpose.

5. 05 · 85 min

   Legacy / multi-file delivery with Plan Mode

   Safe refactors and multi-file features with Plan Mode → Agent → review loops.

6. 06 · 80 min

   Capstone: PRD → working change

   Ship a small PR-ready change with review habits and an ROI close.

Prerequisites

• Laptop with Cursor Pro (or trial) and a non-production sandbox branch
• Git access and ability to create a throwaway branch
• Optional pre-work: Cursor 101/201 videos and a real work repo open
• Access to at least one MCP-useful integration (GitHub, Slack, browser, Linear/Jira — whatever your cohort uses)

Will we work in our own repos?

Preferred. Bring a real work repo on a throwaway branch (or use a Soft Pyramid sample). Labs stay non-production.

Do you cover Rules, Skills, and MCP?

Yes. A full morning block covers Rules, Skills, MCP, and Hooks, with labs to write and invoke them safely.
