Growth Partner
B2B Sales — Partner program
Read this first
This is not employment. There is no base pay, no benefits package, no "apply for a job" path. You get paid when clients pay us — full stop.
If that already sounds wrong, stop here.
If you're already running pipeline, owning conversations, or closing B2B services deals, keep going: we're scaling a partner network, not hiring account execs.
How partner terms work
- Payment trigger: We pay you after we have received cleared client payment for the corresponding milestone or invoice. Not before.
- Terms are written upfront. Your agreement defines splits, tiers, and registration rules before you bring opportunities.
Ideal client profile
We're not pitching everyone with a budget. Strong partners aim conversations here:
- B2B SaaS, AI-enabled products, and tech-led SMBs
- Startups (roughly Seed–Series C) with real build needs, not slide decks only
- Operators who buy outcomes (founders, CTOs, heads of product), not procurement theater
- Primary: US and English-speaking markets (we work remote; clients can be global)
- Engagements we optimize for: substantive software, AI, and automation builds — not one-off experiments
Ways to partner
Pick the lane that matches how you already work — we'll align paperwork and splits to the tier.
You put us in front of qualified buyers; we run discovery, scope, and close — you earn on revenue from deals traced to your introduction.
You generate pipeline and carry the sale through signature (we join technical and pricing calls as needed).
You bring repeat opportunities over time — priority support, registered accounts, and larger-deal terms.
What we actually ship
Soft Pyramid delivers execution, not slideware. Partners lean on this when prospects ask "have you done this before?":
- Custom platforms & integrations — web apps, APIs, internal tools, automation backbones
- AI-powered products — applied ML/LLM workflows, agents, data pipelines tied to business KPIs
- SaaS & product builds — MVP through scale-ready releases with engineering discipline
Verticals we touch often: software vendors, AI-led startups, ops-heavy SMBs moving off spreadsheets, and teams that need a senior build partner instead of offshore ticket shops.
Who does what
- Qualify against the ICP — don't flood us with noise
- Book access to economic buyers; run or co-run the commercial thread per your tier
- Register opportunities early so ownership is clean
- Keep momentum: follow-ups, urgency, honest deal status — same as you'd expect from us
- Solution design, estimates, SOWs, and technical credibility on calls
- Delivery: engineering, QA, PM — the full build
- Commercial hygiene: contracts, invoicing, and delivery accountability after close
You're in scope if
- You've closed or materially advanced B2B services deals
- You already reach founders, tech leaders, or buyers investing in serious software builds
- You're fine being paid on results — and impatient with busywork
Do not reach out if
- You want employment with guaranteed hours and benefits — this is a partner program, not a job
- You're new to sales, testing B2B for the first time, or need training wheels
- You expect us to feed you qualified inbound leads on a platter
- You won't prospect: no network, no outbound discipline, no intro path
If you still wrote us after reading this list, we'll assume you didn't read it.
What you get from us
- Positioning deck, example scopes, and talk-track support
- Pricing guardrails so quotes stay consistent and defensible
- Technical backup on calls — fast answers, no two-week scheduling games
- Written rules on lead registration and conflict handling so deals stay clean
Next steps
- 1Email careers@softpyramid.com with subject line: Growth Partner — Partner screening
- 2In five sentences or fewer: who you sell to today, two proof points (deals, pipeline, or relationships), and which partner tier you want
- 3If it's a fit, we reply with a calendar link for a 15–20 minute screening call — scope, expectations, and whether we activate an agreement
Low-effort intros get ignored. We'd rather fewer emails from people who can execute.
Strong closers decide fast. So do we — if there's no match, we'll say so plainly.
